Good VCs are Entrepreneurs First

Atlanta based Technologist Entrepreneur Sanjay Parekh writes on his blog:

I have seen a similar issue when VCs appoint one of their lieutenant as an Executive on the board of company they invest in. The lieutentant may not have right vision, experience and passion to run the venture/startup. E.g. Aristasoft Corporation.
