Virus are deadly after a return trip from space

CNN reported in a recent article that

Germs sent to space come back meaner, scientist reports.

Does that worry me? Yes, it does. What it means is that any nation who has a little bit of space technology can send germs up and bring them back and they would be deadlier then before. I wonder if this would result into new species of germs over a period of time.
