China seem to be consolidating its power and also making its presence felt overseas. After many years, the government and political parties in Taiwan are becoming more supportive of mainland. China has consolidated itself in Hong Kong among other geographies.
Its aggressive stand in Tibet, its claim over Arunachal Pradesh in India, weak democracy of Nepal, Weakening Kingdom of Bhutan and Thailand, and situation in Burma make China more important then ever.
Counties such as Bhutan, Nepal are currently endangered to losing their culture and even territory by the hand of Chinese.
