With Google's MVNO, is there a reason for Sprint / T-Mobile to merge ? To me, it is almost as if Google has acquired both of these companies now at once. The MVNO allows Google to create phones and operate them on either of the network. Most of the customers who will flip to this MVNO will be from T-Mobile and Sprint itself.
